Bear for Bear Pa

It’s been a crazy week between work, a cousin’s wedding, and last but not least…my Dad’s birthday.  His birthday wound up being on the same day as that wedding so we didn’t get to do too much for him other than sing happy birthday and crack jokes. My Dad thrives in big party type situations so that couldn’t have worked out better for him in a way. Years and years ago my little sister started calling my Dad, “Bear Pa” and seeing as we call my Mom, “Meow Ma” due to the evolution of some inside jokes, it all just stuck.

SO,…as a belated birthday gift I made a this little guy for our Bear Pa.

It looks like that Bear is hustling Bear Pa for money. It’s a shakedown!

The bear looked so young and innocent before I gave it my Dad’s eyebrows.
